Most carpet manufacturers, including Shaw Industries which is the largest carpet manufacturer in the world, recommend the hot water extraction method of carpet cleaning for most carpets. This method removes soil that has filtered below the surface and assures you of clean fibers and healthful removal of allergens and bacteria. Truck mounted systems have a more powerful vacuum for better removal of the cleaning solution and soil and temperatures that will kill germs and yet not damage stain resistant carpets.  The cleaning solution is applied with the correct pressure to facilitate soil removal, but prevent overwetting.We provide our own pre-softened, heated water with uniquely formulated cleaning agents. The correct temperature and Ph balanced cleaning agents assure you of soil removal, while maintaining the stain blocking properties of your carpet.  Most homes should have carpets cleaned once a year or more often--when they look dirty it has been too long!  Most carpet warranties require professional cleaning every 12-18 months. 

Carpets should dry between 2-6 hours, depending on the air movement in the home, temperature and how soiled carpets were prior to cleaning.  Occasionally, new Lake Mary clients who have had another company clean their carpeting, will express concern about "water" based carpet cleaning, dry times, and overwetting.  We understand the concerns, as some cleaners have used portable machines that don't have powerful enough vacuum to remove all the moisture put down in cleaning and who have hurried in their cleaning process and left too much moisture in the carpets. 

Waste water is removed to our truck and never emptied in your home or on your property.   (This seems like a no-brainer, but we hear horror stories all the time about cleaners in Debary emptying into bathtubs and toilets and stopping up plumbing or emptying on lawns and flowerbeds---we don’t do that!)  Our system is quiet and discharges no harmful fumes into your home or business. In high rise or security situations, special portable equipment is available.
